Request a notarization
One document, one signer, one notarial act. Submitting this form creates an order with its own reference and its own timeline; you go to payment next, and you can return to the order at any point using the link this form gives you.

What happens after you submit
01
Payment
The price is shown and taken before identity verification begins. Checkout runs through Stripe in test mode — no real card is charged and no real money moves.
02
Identity verification
Your ID is examined, then you answer questions drawn from your own record — both simulated in this demonstration. There is a limited number of attempts per order, and a check that does not pass is a recorded outcome for the order rather than an error.
03
The session
A notary claims the order from a queue and meets you in a recorded session. How long the recording is kept is determined by the state you chose above. The identity checks, the session, and the seal all take place at a state-approved notarization platform, with Fairmount’s own commissioned notary performing the act — this system arranges the work and holds the record of it.
04
Sealing and release
The act is recorded in the electronic journal and the document is sealed. Your documents become downloadable when the order is released — the step after completion, not at completion itself.
